We are super excited to introduce our newest Ninja Warrior class. This class is designed for both boys and girls. This class offers all the athleticism of a gymnastics class, discipline of a martial arts class and all the excitement of freestyle movement. In the class they will learn flexibility, strength, tumbling, obstacle courses and discipline. This is a 55 min recreational class which is perfect for highly active boys and girls who are looking for a fun recreational activity.
