The Pre Team team is designed for hard-working and more advanced recreation students ages 5 and up. This unique program allows gymnast to be part of a competitive program with a little more flexibility in scheduling and time commitment than traditional Junior Olympic or Xcel programs.

​REQUIREMENTS: Participants must be evaluated for placement. Little to no experience needed, Pre Team is a great place to start for those wanting a little more than an hour a week and wish their gymnast to advance at a faster rate.
