After School @ Peach State

The After School program offers study time, snack-time, arts and crafts,

indoor recreational time, and one Gymnastics, Ninja, or Tumbling class.

Peach State Gymnastics offers free transportation from certain local schools to the facility.
After School Program ends at 6:00 PM daily. Days & times follow the Bibb County Public School operating calendar.

This is an excellent way for your children to get study time, enjoy a nutritious snack, work on fun crafts, and participate in gymnastics; all before dinner!

Ages 5-12, must be a Peach State Gymnastics Member.

You are required to give notice if your child will not be attending or utilizing our transportation on any of your scheduled days. This notice can be given by calling or by e-mailing our front desk no later than Noon on the day your child will be absent.

Please keep in mind that our transportation buses cannot leave the school until we have confirmed every child is either on the bus or their parent has called (or e-mailed) to confirm their absence. Therefore, if we do not receive notice, this in turn causes our transportation buses to arrive back to the facility late.

To help mitigate this problem, there is a $15.00 no show fee each time we do not receive notice of your child’s absence. Please be aware, if you pick up your student after 6:05 PM, you will incur a late fee of $1.00 per minute that you are late.

Peach State Gymnastics offers free pick up for our after school members
at the above listed Bibb County schools.
The program is billed monthly:
1 day a week: $134/4 wks.*
2 days a week: $219/4 wks.
3 days a week: $299/4 wks.
4 days a week: $345/4 wks.
5 days a week: $389/4 wks.
Pricing is based on the full school year calendar, holidays are not pro-rated.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer later pick up.

Important Note:
Please keep in mind, days & times follow the Bibb County Public School calendar. If these schools are out, the After School program is closed. We do offer make-ups for the recreational class your After School students will miss that day. However, due to limited availability, we cannot offer make up days for the After School Program. If you are seeking a make up class for missed After School days, it will not include pick-up or any portion of the After School program: only the recreational class portion is included.

ASP No-School Days:
1- Students still get the class (make up, walk-in that day, or if taking part in LPU).
2- Free Care in our LPU program from 3 PM-6 PM (Do not need to be enrolled in the camp that day, but must be enrolled in ASP for that day).

= Later Pick Up (LPU) this is our after-camp care which takes place from 3PM-6PM on camp days
